Step One: Decide on Your Event Details
Chances are, if you’ve made it this far and are looking at cakes, you probably have a good idea of what event you are catering to, but keep these things in mind:

All custom cakes (including custom cakes in our Häagen-Dazs Signature Designs) require 48 hours advance notice.
 

Pickup time and travel time. We have a deep freezer, but your car probably doesn’t. Let us know what time you need the cake by so we can make sure to have it ready to go.

The age of the cake recipients. Are you looking for a fun child’s birthday design? Something for a classy wine tasting party? We can design a cake for any event!

Any allergies of your party. Häagen-Dazs carries non dairy flavors and can work to help you ensure food safety for your guests with dietary restrictions. (ex. peanuts, chocolate, etc.)

Step Two: What Flavor Ice Cream?
Any flavor we carry can make an amazing cake! Choose up to two flavors and decide if you would like them layered or side by side. We can also add a delectable layer of cookie crunch between flavors for a fun bite upon request. Click here for our full ice cream flavor menu.

Step Three: Cake Size and Shape
When deciding how many people you want to feed it is always a good idea to order for a few extra to make sure hungry guests get enough. Below is a guide to cake size and servings.

Choose from one of our Häagen-Dazs signature cake designs or dream up something totally new with one of our cake decorators! Don’t forget to add an icing message to the top!
